As a user of YGGY TECH, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

All content included on the platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the platform, is the property of YGGY TECH or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.

In no event shall YGGY TECH, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YGGY TECH is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the local arbitration association. The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce these Terms shall be entitled to costs and attorneys' fees.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
